    This rosewood veneer desk opens at the waist with three drawers, with an overflow front, namely two small ones and one large central one.
    These drawers are fitted with functional original locks with bronze entry and key.
    The back simulates three false drawers also furnished with entries.
    The top is covered in authentic red leather decorated with golden scrolls, corner motifs and a central motif surrounded by a band of developed rosewood veneer and bordered by a double brass molding.
    The sides are veneered in rosewood arranged in butterfly wings with an inlaid rectangle in violet wood veneered vertically.
    The whole rests on four whipped feet dressed with bronze scraps and sabots.
    The drawer interiors are in oak.
    This desk will appeal to lovers of antique and meticulously crafted furniture.
