Large Louis XV flat desk with Spanish marquetry and very beautiful gilded bronze ornamentation. This double-sided desk is a model by the famous 18th century cabinetmaker Charles Cressent. The top, surrounded by a bronze ingot mold, is covered in tan leather decorated with the wheel.
This piece of furniture has three drawers in the belt. Work late 19th or early 20th century.
