Rare double center desk with 9 opening drawers: 5 drawers on one side, including a central one, and 4 drawers on the guest side.
Composed of two pedestals and resting on 8 legs topped with bronze deer hooves, this impressive desk features marquetry of scrolls and flowers.
The bronze faces with the dampers are extended by a baguette following the sinuosities of the desk.
The black morocco top is surrounded by an ingot mold. The side panels are decorated with floral marquetry and bronze faun faces.
The 4 keys with different bittings each allow you to open a specific series of drawers for added security. The drawers close and lock easily with a simple push.
The recessed position of the central drawer allows for easy knee clearance.
Large dimensions: 195 cm long by 97 cm deep. Height 75 cm.
