This solid mahogany and veneered architect's desk, slightly concave on the front, features a large overhanging top.
The top is covered in green leather, with gilded vignettes, covering the front edge and highlighted by a three-sided mitered frame.
The top is supported by two pedestals with three identical drawers on the left and two drawers on the right, one of which, higher up, has a double front.
The uprights are rounded and stand on eight double-patinated brass feet.
