    Antique French desk in fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilt bronze application.

    The top has an original 24-carat gold-engraved leather covering surrounded by a gilt bronze border.

    The front is marked by five drawers decorated with gilt bronze shields with leaf motifs.

    The sides and the face opposite the main one have the same layout as the front (from the center of the piece) and are surrounded like the front by bronze profiles with leaf motifs.

    The four legs have the classic obelisk shape and end with bronze sabots.

    The interior is in oak wood.

    Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional artisanal method of shellac and alcohol.
