Small solid mahogany and marble middle cabinet, Louis XVI style - Period 1900

Small solid mahogany coffee table topped with a white Carrara marble slightly veined with black. This one is surrounded by an openwork gallery, in finely chiseled brass, decorated with pearls and scalloped in the interior.
The angles of this marble are with 2/3 rounded springs and marry the shape of this piece of furniture of medium finished on its 4 faces.
On the front, the upper part consists of a drawer with a brass doucine molding and a brass pull knob, also original.
The lower part has a flap simulating two drawers in the same spirit as the one mentioned above. This opening is equipped with a lock with a knob.
This small piece of furniture is made up of 4 feet flanked in the corners of 2/3 rounded composed of 4 grooves.
At the top, a double brass ring in gradient surmounts the spindle feet ending in a ball shoe.
This piece of furniture has in the lower part a shelf decorated on the front with a chiseled brass rod.
The sides and the back of this elegant piece of furniture are also dressed in the circumference of a wide brass molding with doucine.
