Charming small all-sided cabinet with three identical drawers, each fronted by a veneer of Amboina burl and edged with a mitered strip of solid mahogany. Each drawer is pulled out by small brass rings. Each side of the cabinet features an attached solid mahogany half-column with 3 stopped flutes. The lower section features a molding and a projecting rod. The whole rests on four turned sheath feet, ending in a brass sabot.
The sides of this small table are composed of two burr amboyna panels separated by a mahogany crosspiece. The back features a single panel of burr amboyna.
The top features a mitered mahogany frame, a wide ebony fillet, with burr amboyna in the middle. Around it, a projecting wooden gallery follows the shape of the piece.
This little chest of drawers will make an excellent piece of occasional furniture wherever you need it.
