Beautiful solid mahogany parquet bookcase with a wide, recessed center section, featuring two glass doors embellished with floral carvings at the top. These solidly framed doors are fitted with rectangular beveled panes joined by brass braces. At the top, the panes form an elegant semi-circular arch. When opened, they reveal 4 adjustable shelves on racks.
On either side, the side doors are made of panels with molded frames. Inside, we discover new shelves on racks.
The sides of this cabinet are fitted with flat panels. It is also crowned with a molded cornice.
This bookcase is ideally proportioned and very roomy. The refinement of the Belle Époque shines through in this refined piece of furniture.
