Galerie Georgette Art Nouveau presents a delightful Art Nouveau showcase by Paul Guth. He was born in 1878 and died in 1918. Paul Guth was part of the Ecole de Nancy movement. His production consisted of numerous small pieces of furniture inlaid in the Art Nouveau style. Such is the case with this walnut display cabinet. Very simple and elegant, with two beveled panes that follow the curvature of the walnut, itself carved with a flower in the center. On the bottom of the door is a marquetry also evoking flowers, a typical Art Nouveau motif. And the signature "Guth". This Vitrine is in perfect condition. Its size makes it ideal for any room. It comes with a wooden shelf.
