Bookcase in solid and veneered mahogany, opening with three doors with molded frames. They are glazed over 3 quarters of their height, and with stained glass-style wood cladding for the 2 sides. The central door is wider and slightly recessed. The lower parts are made up of solid panels, in light mahogany veneer arranged in an open book for the middle one, and with diamond decorations for the other 2.
These 3 doors are equipped with functional locks accompanied by their respective keys.
The interior of this Library is partitioned, and furnished with 6 small and 3 large shelves, placed on racks. A layout making this piece of furniture ideally functional and modular.
This Library is topped with a discreet ogee and recessed cornice.
We find on the crosspieces, frames, sides and feet the same fillets of rosewood and ebony.
The whole ends with a cove plinth, resting on 7 sheathed feet.
This Bookcase, completely removable since assembled by a simple system of return screws, skilfully combines finesse and large storage capacity.
