Small Secretary in Mahogany Veneer with Top in Dark Gray Marble.
It has a high drawer, highlighted by a low double molding and offering a storage depth of 7.5 cm.
Below, a flap discovers a Tabernacle with oak furnishings. The latter consists of a niche embellished on the front by a panel cut into two Warheads and supported in the middle by a dummy pillar. This space also offers three drawers, the facades of which are furnished with small chiseled brass pull buttons giving the illusion that there are four of them. The work area is covered with leather in shades of green, embellished with a central vignette, corner florets and a golden frieze on the border.
In the lower part, this secretary is provided with two doors, with walnut closure, thus avoiding any deformation. They house four other drawers, arranged in two rows, made of Light Oak and assembled in Dovetail.
Each of these three main openings are locked and the cabinet is supplied with a key suitable for its three locks.
The front uprights are in sheathed pilasters. They are topped with Busts of women and finished with Claw feet, in wood, with Brown / Green Patina. The rear feet are straight.
We will appreciate the reasonable dimensions of this Secretary, as well as its great Sobriety, due in particular to its Mahogany Wire, wood, by definition, very modestly veined.
