Chest of drawers with double curves, in marquetry of Pear tree and light Plum tree, on a frame in oak and fir.
The top is a brown and gray marble shaded with white, moved on the front, and molded in beak of corbin on its edges.
This piece of furniture opens with three large drawers of identical depth and composition, separated by authentic dust covers. Each of them is provided with a lock entrance in the center, accompanied on both sides by two draw handles, all original and rocaille spirit. The arrangement of these generous trimmings, combined with butterfly wing inlays and light and dark wood fillets, simulate rows of three small drawers. These inlays form fine frames on the sides of this chest of drawers, which comes with its three keys, attached and adjusted.
The front jambs of this piece of furniture, also curved, are embellished, in high and low parts, with bronze falls connected by striated cords.
One will recognize the rarity of this chest of drawers which, despite its almost three hundred years of age, is perfectly adapted to the current trends with its modest dimensions and its light colors.
