This small chest of drawers opens with a drawer in the waistband and two identical drawers with hidden crossbars below.
The drawer fronts are decorated with a rosewood marquetry of diamond-shaped cubes, highlighted by amaranth and lemon fillets, surrounded by mitered mahogany frames.
All drawers are fitted with chased bronze rings of authentic, functional locks with fitted keys and knot-decorated escutcheons.
The chamfered legs, veneered in horizontal rosewood, are flanked by curved humped feet whose edges, also in rosewood, end in a bronze sabot.
The sides feature a butterfly-wing veneer with amaranth fillets.
The lower crosspiece is cut out.
The thick, grooved Pyrenean marble follows the lines of this piece of furniture.
The drawer interiors are in oak.
Antiquités Lecomte offers you this small chest of drawers that will seduce you with its soft lines and the quality of its first-choice woods.
