Chiffoniere in Rosewood, Ebony and light wood inlaid on all sides.
It opens on the front with three small drawers, each with a cut-out brass keyhole and its respective key.
The Body of this Small Tambour Table, by high definition on legs and with an Oval silhouette, offers a top of the same shape. The latter, bordered by an openwork brass gallery, has in its center a pretty decoration of a bouquet of flowers surrounded by Volutes and other inlays. This Medallion is framed by a frieze alternating ebony and light wood. Marquetry is omnipresent on this piece of furniture, also, in the same spirit, we will find it on its rounded sides, on its back part, above its feet or on the fronts of its drawers. The floral theme is recurrent, except on the Rognon spacer tray where a set of kitchen accessories is represented.
This Petite Table de Dame rests on four long curved legs characteristic of Louis XV style, and finished with four bronze clogs.
We will appreciate the finesse of the marquetry of this Chiffonnière, as well as the many nuances of colors from which it benefits and which make it a piece of furniture full of Elegance and Refinement.
