Delightful Louis XVI period Small Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Console, resting on Tapered Legs ending in Gilded Bronze Sabots. The legs are joined by a Tablette d'Entretoise.
This Console with Concave Sides, opens by a Drawer in Belt. It is topped with a St Anne Grey Marble Top encircled by an openwork Gilded Brass Gallery. Beautiful ornamentation in gilded bronze, such as clogs, lock escutcheons and pull rings. Beautiful wood grain and patina. Stamped L.C. on the back.
