Solid mahogany and Cuban mahogany veneer console.

The curved belt is richly and finely carved with natural and floral motifs.
In solid Cuban mahogany, two stylized, intertwined dolphins, also carved on the inside, are surmounted by abacuses adorned with oves.
The front features two columns framing a fine polychrome engraving of a marriage proposal, all resting on a curved strut. The sides are arched.
The console is topped by a turquoise-blue marble set in a grooved frame.
