Small piece of furniture, in Rosewood and Rosewood, Transitional style Louis XV / Louis XVI - 2nd part of the XIXth century

Small piece of furniture for ladies, essentially made of Rosewood and Rosewood, and inlaid with stained Light Woods.
Its top is a very nice Breche Marble, authentic, with Brown dominance, harmoniously punctuated with Grey, White and Orange. Its front corners are rounded, its perimeter cut to the throat.
This piece of furniture offers two doors, equipped with lock entries and a key in worked Bronze, all original. Their fronts are adorned with two Floral Decorations seeming to reflect each other, on a background of Rosewood Veneer in Four leaves. These Marquetries are underlined by friezes in Rosewood and Lemon tree forming frames. The interior in Walnut is composed of two niches and two small drawers with brass knobs.
In addition, this neighbor of the Secretary is provided with six drawers of identical capacity, one above the doors, the other five below. All of them are equipped with two draw handles in Bronze cut in Laurel wreaths. Their fronts are embellished with Rosewood arranged in Chevrons and edged with Rosewood.
The sides of this piece of furniture also benefit from Quality Marquetry, taking up the different motifs described above.
The visible uprights are with cut sides and finished with Bronze Sabots of the period. A Chute of the same alloy adorns the modestly curved lower crosspiece.
