About André Lemoyne (or Lemoine) :
-Founded around 1789 by Charles-Joseph Lemarchand (1759-1826).
-Patented supplier to the Garde-meuble Royal from 1817.
-Louis-Edouard Lemarchand (1795-1872) worked with his father from 1815 and took over management of the company around 1824.
-He moved the workshops to 17, rue des Tournelles in 1828.
-Patented supplier to the Crown.
-In 1846, he formed a partnership with André Lemoyne (or Lemoine), to whom he left the company in 1852.
