    Superb buffet with two bodies in solid cherry wood, 18th century origin from the Charentes
    The lower body consists of 2 doors and a large pull-out called a “breadboard” and an interior shelf
    The feet are shell-shaped
    The plinth is well decorated with the same decoration as the doors
    The sides are scalloped like the front plinth
    Usual restorations: rear legs re-heightened
    The doors have a beautiful Louis XV scroll molding which recalls the shell of the feet
    The upper body has an interior shelf and 2 molded doors like those at the bottom
    The upper crosspiece is decorated with a beautiful molding with a beautiful rosette in its center
    The whole thing is topped with a pretty cornice.
    The lower plateau is surrounded by an ogee
    The uprights are fluted announcing the Louis XVI period
    The locks are original as well as the keys that work
    The cornice is probably later
