Mahogany sideboard designed at the beginning of the 19th century, composed of a wood top in burl mahogany veneer with around its perimeter a double half-round molding with projection at the angles.
Underneath, hidden, we have a mahogany veneer shelf with thread that pulls out through two notches with a stopper.
At the top of this piece of furniture, it has two mahogany burl drawers that open with bowl knobs.
At the bottom, two very light miter-cut framed doors are fitted with an ogee molding in the inner perimeter. In the center, a panel of developed mahogany burl is accompanied by an attached center in the same taste as the edge of the top. Two wooden entrances and an original lock in working order with its key are positioned on these doors which were originally designed to re-enter on each side.
Housed in each leg, a column with a large cable in the upper part and a smaller cable in the lower part overhangs a plinth with mahogany burl groove concealing a large drawer which rests on low Restoration legs.
