Rare 5 Piece Painted Wood Room Set, Art Deco - Early XXth

Rare 5 pieces bedroom set, in black and red oxblood painted wood, from the Art Deco period.
It is composed of a pair of small furniture, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bed.
Pair of small furniture:
The top, in Pyrenean marble, is topped by a backsplash in basket handle.
The front of this furniture has a niche in the upper part.
The only difference between these two items: one includes a space of four horizontal compartments while the other offers a door simulating two drawers dressed with chased bronze pendants. The earthenware interior was originally intended to accommodate a chamber pot (included).
The front posts, flanked and adjacent to the furniture, are gadrooned.
The sides are darkened with a recessed panel highlighted by a groove.
Chest of drawers :
It opens with three identical drawers with flats.
Each of them is dressed with two bronze pendants with rosettes and an important central motif finely chiseled, representing a dome enguirlandée and decorated with flowers.
The interior, the bottom and the back of these drawers are in poplar and the sides are in oak. They have a dovetail assembly.
The top of this chest is molded in doucine.
The sides and uprights are in the same spirit as the pair of small furniture previously described.
Cupboard / Wardrobe :
It opens with a large central door. This one is flanked by an oval mirror with mercury and is equipped with an original functional lock with key, entry and pendant in chased bronze. Laterally distributed, two false doors, each composed of a large panel and a smaller one, dress the facade.
The interior offers four thick adjustable shelves on racks.
The sides are distinguished by three identical panels separated by two crosspieces.
The whole, underlined by the same colors, rests on a plinth ending with small grooved feet.
Note that this cabinet can be assembled and disassembled with a screw.
Bed set:
The rectangular frame of the bed, in shape, is molded. It rests on turned legs.
This frame proposes a standard interior dimension of 160 cm by 190 cm.
This bed is accompanied by a molded semi-circular headboard protruding from the perimeter. It is composed of a large panel highlighted by a thin red border.

This bedroom set, rare since it is complete, will please in particular for its very refined Art Deco design and the finesse of its bronzes.
