Important reliquary painting in paperolles* with architectural decoration in the form of a Baroque altarpiece, adorned with columns, pilasters and statuette of the Virgin and Child, dedicated to several Holy Martyrs: Benedictae, Benigni (x2), Prosperi, Juconde, Faust, Innocentini, Theodore, Celestin, Constance, Reparatae, Theopiste and Constence, in a 17th-century wooden frame.
The reliquary is in good condition, and is of exceptional quality for its size and the quality of its decoration. The Virgin's statute is in wood or polychrome plaster. The fastenings have been changed, as has probably the glass. Its seals are missing.
Please note: a column is missing from the lower part, the paper decoration in the center has been damaged (cf. red arrows), the reliquary has been damaged and worn over time, there are a few small stains and yellowing on the back paper and on the borders, the frame has been damaged and has old wormholes, take a good look at the photos.
