Collection or offering dish in embossed brass decorated in its center with Renaissance-inspired motifs.

The navel of the dish is surrounded by a line of inscriptions.

The dish is shaped by embossed work (dinanderie), and decorated on the edge with stamped foliage motifs.

Originally, these dishes were intended to receive the bread offerings of the faithful during Christian religious ceremonies, then over time the quest for money (which will replace those of the bread offerings intended to be consecrated).
