Rectangular and vertical banner with lower border cut into 3 lobes.
The banner is made up of a background of white silk/Ecru moiré on which has been embroidered a rich decoration in polychrome threads and gold metal thread, frank gold thread braid, and gold cannetille pompoms.
Representation in the center of the banner of the Virgin of Lourdes standing, dressed in white with a blue sash, veiled and crowned, in prayer with a rosary passed around her arm, surrounded by bouquets of stylized and embroidered lilies.
Simple inscription embroidered in yellow thread on the back of the banner: LES DAMES DU QUARTIER DE St JEAN. TO OUR LADY OF LOURDES.
