A glass cross radiates from a fine spun-glass mounting, into which two fine fractions of the true Cross have been deposited.
On the back of the reliquary are two red wax seals from the Churches of Lyon, "authenticating" our relic. Wooden frame with old wormholes.
A superb work of piety, rarely found in reliquary form. Spun glass is more often used on the holy figures of the Paradis de Nevers.
Dimensions 37 cm by 26 cm, depth 6 cm.
