This work represents a carved, polychrome wooden Christ dating from the 18th century. The sculpture shows Christ without a crown, with traces of blood visible on the forehead, knees and feet. The sculpture is 44 cm high.
It is mounted on a later gilded wood frame, the inside of which is lined with almond-green velvet. The frame measures 63 cm by 31 cm.
The overall condition of the sculpture is good, although it shows some traces of wear due to its age. The two arms are missing, the tip of the nose is slightly missing, and there is fly staining all over the Christ.
