Napoleon III planter in blackened wood, resting on four tapered and fluted legs decorated with bronze, connected by an X-shaped crosspiece with a bronze motif in its center. The tray is lined with bronze and brass fillets, while the lid is decorated with brass acanthus leaves and mother-of-pearl flowers, with small bronze handles on the sides. The interior is made of sheet metal with handles.
