    Travel writing case featuring a top with brass corners and central plate, and dovetail corners.
    Once open, we discover a slightly sloping front panel embellished with deep green leather, a cold-pressed vignette, a gilded vignette and corner motifs. At the top, we find three compartments and a removable pencil holder revealing a cavity.
    The hinge is made of brass in good condition. Brass straps are also present.
    A collector's item as well as a decorative object, this travel writing case will delight lovers of historical items, as we can imagine the correspondences it witnessed and the privileged accessory.
