Pair of Renaissance style andirons in bronze with two patinas, medal and gilt, resting on two lions' legs. The lower part of the andiron's head is in the form of a scotia decorated with a motif representing a three-pointed banner framed laterally by rolled acanthus leaves and, above by an acanthus leaf frie. This structure supports a sphere, a frequent element on Renaissance style andirons, decorated with flames and fleur-de-lis and crowned with a torch.

Work from the end of the 19th century.
