Pair of tall stucco-covered carved wood Salomon columns.
Topped by pivoting Corinthian capitals decorated with triple rows of acanthus leaves and gilded scrolls, the shafts are helicoidal with grooves, widening slightly at the bottom.
The base of these columns is embellished with a rotating decoration of sep de vigne and an acanthus wreath, also painted in gold leaf.
The name "Salomonic" refers to the columns from Solomon's temple brought back by Emperor Constantine to adorn the tomb of Saint Peter the Apostle in Rome.
This pair of tall columns will add a baroque dimension to your decor.
