Centerpiece decorative tray decorated with putti in slip

This large French slip centerpiece, hand painted and featuring three putti carrying a tray, is an exceptional 19th century piece, in the style of Palissy, Minton, and Royal Dux. Probably originating from France or Italy, this remarkable work is unsigned, but its quality speaks for itself.

Three putti, or cherubs, are beautifully carved and carry a tray. Their features are delicate and finely worked, testifying to exceptional artisanal know-how.
At the foot of the putti, charming green frogs add a touch of fantasy and nature. Everything is decorated with bunches of grapes and vine leaves, symbols of fertility and wealth.
This tray can accommodate a bowl, a flowerpot or a planter, thus enhancing the whole thanks to the height given by the putti.
