Set of two Golden Plaster Sculptures, consisting of a Bust and its Column.
The first element represents a Girl with a Fine face and Delicate features. His gaze, Placide, is directed slightly to the right. Neither sad nor happy, the Child seems Serene, perhaps Pensive. Her hair is pulled up in a bun and girdled with a headband. On her neck, Pretty curls escaped from her hairstyle further accentuate the Young Age of the Character. The Artist has chosen to show us the shoulders and the beginning of the little girl's neckline, left Innocently naked. This Bust ends with a cylindrical base with a narrowed body, black in color, voluntarily contrasting with this Decorative Object entirely Golden elsewhere.
The second element, on which the first is placed, is a Generously Carved Column. It consists of a Capital cut into Windings, on which rests a Round plate. The Central Barrel of this Harness is embellished with Twists accompanied in their movements by Vegetable Garlands. An ornate collar overhangs a foot decorated with large Acanthus Leaves, and which ends with a Circular base.
We will undoubtedly appreciate all the Freshness and Softness that emanate from this Girl with Golden Skin, certainly highlighted by a Column - paradoxically - Richly Sculpted.
