Boîte de Spa, also known as jolité de Spa. Game box, quadrille containing four small boxes for tokens. The main box is decorated with a scene of hunters and their dogs under a tree, set in a round medallion framed in burgundy. Inside, the four smaller boxes are decorated with flowers. All hand-painted and varnished in the Spadoise tradition, which produced boxes and other objects for sale to the wealthy curists who frequented the spa town.
