    Under the base of each vase, the company brand "Thiébaut Frères, Fumière et Gavignot successors" refers to a Parisian company created in 1898 and active until 1905 before being taken over by Charles Fumière alone under the name " Thiébaut Frères (Fumière et Cie successor)”.
