Middle of the 20th century

Anthropomorphic statuette representing a man standing on massive legs, bent, and resting on large feet. The body, ogive-shaped and of reduced proportions, holds in its center a single hand symbolically directed towards the chin as a sign of wisdom. The heart-shaped face has two eyes in the shape of coffee beans on either side of a long, thin nose, the latter surmounting a small rectangular mouth, the back of the skull covered with animal skin.
