Beautiful Lega mask from RdC, most Lega masks are not used for dancing but are hung (see last photo) or worn on the shoulder or other, this one seems to me from the patina and size to have danced. The kaolin contains small pieces of mica, shining like sequins. Height approx. 34 cm.
