Here's an old Sicilian folk cart, a lovely piece of hand-painted 20th-century folk art. The work is both funny and moving.
It's made of cardboard, wood and papier-mâché.
In terms of condition, we'd like to point out that the figures have been glued back together, and there is some wear to the polychromy and minor wear to the slightly faded feathers. All in good condition, however.
