Souvenir of a 20th century chocolatier, this mold is made of tin and tinned with a mixture of tin and silver and then polished. Almost no chocolate molds have a signature and ours is no exception. Probably French, we think it was made in Létang, one of the only factories of this type in France. Shaped like a log, our mold is complete with its claws in perfect condition. A fun folk art object and a tempting gastronomic souvenir!
